With so much to see and do, who wants to worry about taking pictures? With Disney's PhotoPass you can take home all of your vacation memories without the worry of packing a camera or missing a member of your family or group in the photo. With the PhotoPass, all of your pictures from your vacation will be uploaded to your account, and you can print or order prints once you return home. The are so many photo opportunities around Disney and include attraction photos as well as character dining photos.
Once you arrive home from your trip, you will want to log into your My Disney Experience account and upload all of your photos to your computer or jump drive. You will have 14 days to do this or you could loose all of your photos for good. Once you have them uploaded you can send them to your favorite one hour photo shop or online photo ordering website. I love to make photo books of our trips, so I look for a Groupon and can get one for a really great price.
Another awesome feature you get with the Disney PhotoPass are Magic Shots. Magic Shots are when Disney adds a little extra magic to your picture. Last year when we visited they had also added videos to some of our photos. (See our Twilight Tower of Terror and Finding Dory videos at the bottom of the page.)
Disney has PhotoPass packages at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland California. Current purchase price for each location is as follows:
Walt Disney World ~ Pre-purchased $169 and $199 purchased at the park
Disneyland ~ $99 for your collection to download or $119 for your collection on a disc.
When you book your vacation package with me I will add it to your reservation upon request. When it is attached to your reservation it will be automatically added to your Magic Band (At Disney World Only). Each time you have a picture taken or ride an attraction where a picture is taken, just swipe you band and your picture will be added to you account. It's so easy!
When visiting Disneyland California, you will receive a photo pass card that you can wear in your lanyard and have the cast member scan each time you have a picture taken.
Can't wait till you get home to share your photos? No problem. You can upload your pictures to your social media page while you are on vacation directly from your MDE account.
